Our Service Policy


At DIKWELL, we are committed to the quality, longevity of our products and Customer Satisfaction.

1. No Refund Policy

All DikWell Hydro Solutions LLP or DikWell sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly research and ask questions before making a purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for products with verified manufacturing defects.
  • Once ready, Our team will schedule the installation at your convenience
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • No exchanges will be provided for incorrect product selection, personal preferences, or minor cosmetic damages.

3. 1-Year Warranty & Extended Warranty

  • All DikWell Hydro Solution or DikWell Products We offer a 1-year warranty covering technical issues arising from normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, unauthorised repairs, physical damage, voltage & power supply fluctuations or improper installation.
  • Service warranty does not apply to water Outlet and Inlet connecting pipes, outer Stainless Steel shell, Or damaged touch Screen panel.
  • Extended warranty options are available for an additional fee. [Can be claimed directly only from the company at (dikwellhydrosolutions@gmail.com )]

4. Shipping & Installation

  • All products are delivered within 7-14 business days, including Free shipping and doorstep delivery to all our customers.
  • Free installation is available for all our customers. (Only in the areas where our local distributors are actively working.)

5. Protection Against Misuse & Fraud

  • The warranty is void if the product is altered, damaged, repaired by unauthorised personnel, or damaged due to negligence.
  • Customers attempting to misuse the warranty, such as through intentional damage, will be denied service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent warranty or exchange requests.
  • Legal action will be taken against competitors or unauthorised resellers attempting to exploit our policies.

6. Additional Terms & Conditions

Customers are responsible for understanding our terms before making a purchase.

All warranty and service claims will be assessed before approval.
